Size guide

• Small (slipper length 15 cm): toddlers, about US toddler 7–9 / EU 23–26
• Medium (slipper length 20 cm): kids, about US kids 12 – youth 2 / EU 30–33
• Large (slipper length 25 cm): women and teens, about US women 7–10 / EU 37–42. Also fits men up to about US 9.

The knit stretches, so each slipper fits a foot a little longer than the slipper itself. Between sizes? Choose the bigger one. Handmade, so size may vary slightly.

Free shipping on all US orders. Delivery takes 2–8 business days. Orders placed Monday–Thursday ship the same or next day; Friday orders placed before 3pm ET may ship the same day, otherwise Monday.

International: $40 flat rate. Canada: $25.

Returns and exchanges within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags. Contact us with your order number and we’ll issue a return authorization number and the return address.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective. We guarantee our merchandise against manufacturing defects and will refund or replace any defective item.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of your return arriving. Your bank may need a further billing cycle to post the credit.
