RETURN POLICY
Free Returns: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order at no cost.
Quality Guarantee: We stand behind our merchandise. If any item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will gladly accept it for a full refund.
Eligible Items: Returns are accepted for merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective, provided it is returned within 14 days and still has original tags attached.
Return Authorization: All returns must be pre‑arranged. Please email us with your order details and request. Once verified, we will issue a request for a Return Label.
Refunds: Once your package is received, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 3–5 business days. Please note:
The credit may not appear until your next billing cycle.
Your bank may require additional time to post the transaction after receiving the information from us.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from two to eight full business days, depending on your location. Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
If you are shipping Internationally, shipping fees are $40 per order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Gift Cards are excluded from any promotions.
Sales Items: All of items marked as SALE are final. Outlet items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
